  • Significant performance improvements across entire the solution, particularly on slower devices (about 15-30% faster on desktop, 30-50% faster on mobile).
  • Reduced typical page load by 500KB.
  • Increased UX & branding consistency & improved interactive behaviours on desktop & mobile.
  • Hid deprecated assets & webparts for new customers (existing customers unaffected).
  • Deploy time reduced from 12 to 7 minutes.
  • Improvements to settings dialogs/buttons for: Sproket Global Settings, Weather, Project Milestones, and Group Members.
  • Hover text has been added to Group Members and Page Contacts. Fields have been updated to match pre-2.1 design based on customer feedback.
  • The Site logo is now deployed to the internal SharePoint site logo field, for the root site and all sub-sites. 
  • We've styled the site settings page for better readability.

  • Reworked interface has 'smart' relative time / date features (e.g. "tomorrow", or "in 3 days").

Bug fixes  

  • Fix iOS Safari scroll jitter bug caused by the Countdown webpart
  • "New page" dialog box sometimes searched instead of creating a new page.
  • In 2.2, we introduced standard content types fields. In 2.3, We allowed Policy Hub & Knowledge-base to function on sites without these fields.
  • Fixed a bug in the Page Contacts & Group Members webpart from 2.2 that caused a few layout issues.
  • Fixed a bug where the Project Milestones web-part could be misaligned if certain font options were set.
  • Fixed a bug where the navigation would render incorrectly on a particular settings page.
  • Fixed a bug where the settings button for Contact Search & Countdown webparts sometimes didn't work in IE.
  • Fixed a bug where the KB hub title didn't show on KB PageBuilder pages.
  • Fixed a bug where the social webpart would show an erroneous validation error with the default height setting
  • Fixed UI styling issues with tabbed sections in PageBuilder pages
  • Fixed an issue with switching between nav menus on mobile devices
  • Fixed a WCAG/accessibility issue where focused element wasn't always clear
