Accordion

This New web part, replaces the "FAQ" web part. It simplifies the way you can add FAQ's to a page. It still allows you to connect to the FAQ list, but now allows you to type the FAQ's straight into the Web Part.

Sproket Version

The Comments web part is available ​​​on Sproket 2.6.0​

Capabilities​

  • ​This web part can be added to any page and multiple times if required. 
  • ​Manual Mode: Type the Question and Answer straight into the Web Part
  • List Mode: Link to a "FAQ" list anywhere in the site (Search for FAQ list template in the "Add an App" in the "Site Contents" if you want to set up a new FAQ list)
  • Choose to show first item expanded or not
  • Choose to allow multiple items to be expanded or not
  • Show expand / collapse all (adds a button at the top of the list, that allows the user to expand or collapse all FAQ's in one click)

​​Simply add the web part to the page and click configure.​​​

​Type your FAQ's straight into the web part configuration.

​List

Connect to a FAQ list template in any part of your Sharepoint site. 

You only need the internal SharePoint URL e.g. /List/FAQ (it d​oesn't require https://{yoursite}.sharepoint.com)

Limitations

In manual mode, you are not able to add links to the FAQ answers, it is just plain text. 

If you want to add links, you can do this through the List option and add HTML in the Answer field.
