The App Launcher gives the end user a list of links to company applications that they can easily access in the top navigation or through a web part on a page. The App Launcher also allows the end user to customise the apps they want to hid and show easily from the web part.

​​​The App Launcher has the following capabilities:

• Set default apps for the company
  
• Launch apps in the same or new window
  
• Set a sort order for the company

​​Limitations

The App Launcher is set up per site collection, if you have multiple site collections and you want it to be available on more than one, you will have to set them up on each site collection, where they are required.
