How to add an item to the Term Store

Navigate to the settings wheel > Site Settings

Click on Term Store Management (under Site Administration)

Expand the Sproket Terms

Hover over the Category or Document Type until you see a black arrow, click and then select 'Create Term'

Type the value of your new term
